We're fully licensed commercial builders, with the capability to undertake projects such as:

Our founder

DKAT Developments was founded by Damian Shannon. Damian has 23 years industry experience and a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects. He's also a qualified Architectural Draftsman and Carpenter.

Where we work

We're based in Warrandyte, one of Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, undertaking work across the entire Greater Melbourne catchment area and neighbouring areas within Victoria.
